Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson met at their church in Hamburg they knew they could not go back. Ashley aged 17 at the time and hadn't had a relationship before, took the time to get acquainted. It was romance at first sight. The day before New Year's Eve, just ahead of the year's beginning, Andrew requested God to grant him one final thing this was to come... that Ashley could say yes and wed him. Ashley was keen to have the wedding with a folk-inspired wooden theme, as it represented Andrew and her. For their dream wedding, Andrew and Ashley decided to take a little inspiration from the things they love. Ashley was a child on the 40-acre property that was picked as the location for their wedding. Ashley was familiar with the whole area, having explored it and even played there. Andrew, Ashley and their acquaintances had walked through this area several times when they began to date. Because the wedding was essentially DIY, personalization was an important role. Andrew and Ashley's father built their seating area as well as the arch used for the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of these decorations. Ashley says that the wedding would not have taken place if Anna Floral Designer at Magnolia Belle Floral, hadn't created her stunning floral designs for us, our wedding might not have had the amazing feeling that I had hoped it would. Absolutely amazing.
