Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson were aware that there was never a second chance once they met in the Hamburg church. Ashley was 17 and hadn't had a boyfriend so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. However, it was true love at the first sight. Andrew requested God at New Year's Eve, just prior to the year's end, to grant him another blessing in the year 2016. He wished for Ashley to agree. Ashley had always wanted the wedding with a folk-inspired wooden theme to symbolize Andrew as well as her. The wedding brought everything important to the couple. Ashley was raised in a 40-acre farm. Ashley took a tour of the area and was having fun with it all, from the path they took towards the fields where they made vows. Andrew, Ashley and their friends had already walked in this area several times when they began to date. Being that the wedding was essentially DIY, personalization was an important aspect. Andrew and Ashley's father built the seating area and an arch to be used during the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of these decorations. Ashley says that she would have been disappointed if Anna Floral Designer at Magnolia Belle Floral, hadn't created her stunning floral designs to us, our wedding may not have been as magic I was hoping it could. Simply stunning.
